With the development of assisted reproductive technology, surrogacy is helping more and more families realize their dreams. Especially in the United States, surrogacy has become a mature, safe and legal reproductive option. Whether you are a woman who cannot get pregnant due to physical reasons, or a same-sex couple or a single man, you can welcome your own baby through American surrogacy.

The United States is one of the few countries in the world that has legal surrogacy and transparent policies. In states such as California and Nevada, local laws support the signing of surrogacy agreements, and after the baby is born, the names of the prospective parents are directly written on the birth certificate, without the need to go through cumbersome procedures such as adoption, and the legal identity is clear and unambiguous. More importantly, the United States has the world's leading assisted reproductive technology and strict medical standards. From in vitro fertilization to embryo screening and transplantation, every link is checked by a professional team, which greatly improves the success rate of pregnancy and the health rate of the baby.

The surrogacy process usually starts with an initial consultation, where professional agencies will develop personalized plans based on the physical condition, birth plan, budget, etc. of the prospective parents. Next comes the surrogate matching stage, where all surrogates must undergo a physical examination, psychological assessment, and background review to ensure that they have a good pregnancy experience and a stable living environment. After both parties reach an agreement, a surrogacy contract will be signed with the assistance of a professional lawyer to clarify the division of responsibilities and protect the rights and interests of both parties.

Then it enters the medical preparation stage. If using own eggs, it is necessary to complete the steps of egg retrieval, in vitro fertilization and embryo screening; if using donated eggs or frozen eggs, the appropriate time for transplantation will be arranged according to the specific situation. Once the surrogate successfully becomes pregnant, the medical team will conduct regular prenatal examinations, and prospective parents can keep abreast of the progress of the pregnancy through video, text messages, on-site accompaniment, etc., and establish good communication and trust.

After the baby is born, the intended parents can take the baby to the hospital to welcome the new life as soon as possible. A court order applied for before the birth will make the baby legally the child of the intended parents, and their names will also be written on the birth certificate.

Surrogacy is not an easy road, but in a mature, transparent and loving system, it can become warm and firm. We hope that everyone who dreams of having a family can find a path to happiness.
